One of the most common reasons for accidents is not stopping at the red light. Such accidents lead to hard collisions and severe injuries; it’s not uncommon for drivers and passengers to die in such crashes. If you were involved in a similar accident, where you have crashed a car that didn’t stop at a red light, even though it is clear that you were not at fault, make sure to contact a car accident lawyer as soon as you can. The outcomes of the accidents could be harsh for you as well (injuries, damages), so it’s better to start the legal process with a skilled and experienced attorney.
Your injuries, lost wages and damages, as well as pain and suffering, should also be covered by a compensation claim. Don’t go alone against the insurers. Contact Cellino Law and schedule your free case review with a New York car accident lawyer.
