A man was killed in a fatal Queensbury crash on January 14, the New York State Police reported. The accident took place on the Adirondack Northway in Queensbury.
Twenty-nine-year-old Jacob Ladouceur from Ballston Spa was killed in the accident. The initial investigation showed that Ladouceur was going south on 1-87 when he switched lanes into the path of a southbound tractor-trailer.
The driver of the tractor-trailer couldn’t avoid the crash and hit Ladouceur in the back-passenger side of his vehicle.
Ladouceur lost control over his car and stopped into the far-right lane, where he was hit again by another tractor-trailer. His car then moved off the road and flipped over in a wooded area. He was pronounced dead at the scene.
The fatal QUeensbury crash remains under investigation.

Your attorney will review your case, gather evidence, and get the police record. If the other driver was responsible for the death of your loved one, you can file a lawsuit and seek a compensation claim.
The settlement could help you cover expenses such as funeral and burial fees, medical expenses, and will help you move on with your life.

Dealing with insurance companies isn’t quite easy, especially since they will work hard to offer a lower settlement or deny it completely.
